My career started immediately after high school in 1990. My training helped me obtain my first role with a construction business in Greenville, SC. I worked my way through trade schools and ascended in my career. I ultimately became part of a leading global construction firm, and I held the Foreman position until the pandemic halted operations.
I realized this was a good moment to explore new paths. After observing friends having difficulty securing trustworthy workers for their homes, and experiencing similar issues myself, the idea to start Rent A Guy Upstate with my daughter and youngest son came to me.
We officially opened our doors on March 1, 2022, marking 10 days of service. During this brief period, we have successfully completed 5 or 6 jobs. We are now focused on our most significant challenge to date: marketing. We hope you will consider us and give us the chance to prove our worth. We appreciate your time!
