During the 1980s, after years dealing with difficult economic situations in the upper eastern region, Arthur and Marie, together with their 21-year-old young adult their son Gregg, took the transformative choice of shifting to the Sunshine State.

Upon settling in Coral Springs, FL, Art earned his Broward County master plumbing certification and by August 15, 1983, the trio founded their plumbing business.

By 1990, the Company focused its efforts on service, fixes, replacement, sewer services, and maintenance of plumbing systems for business, large-scale, and residential settings. By 1996, the firm added air conditioning and indoor air quality to its offerings, and in 2016 the Company added electrical services, becoming Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

I’m third generation builder and I have resided in Coral Springs for 1983, nurturing a household here.

During this time, I have participated on and collaborated with various professional organizations, as well as municipal and government boards, such as the local plumbing board, Chair of the Florida Association of Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, and now act as Chairman of the local rules board.

I have enjoyed the opportunity of mentoring numerous young athletes over the years, too many to count to enumerate here. My philosophy is in the principle of treating others well, “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Our company has been caring for this community since 1983, and it is our pleasure to give back to the communities that we live in.

The owner, Aaron Just offers more than thirty years in this field and participates in all assignment. He has possessed a master's electrical certification since 1993 when he was 26. Aaron first opened his business in Buffalo following his studies in technical training afterward relocating to SoCal, and currently based in the South Florida area. Most recently, he was licensed in North Carolina. Aaron spent 2 years educating regulations and the proper methods to designing, and installing solar systems at the US Solar Institute and also holds a diploma from the Board of Education in photovoltaic systems.
