Back in the 1980s, following a period facing tough economic conditions in the northeast U.S., Arthur and Marie, along with their at that time son Greg, executed the significant step of shifting to the Sunshine State.

Upon arriving in Coral Springs, Arthur earned his local master plumbing certification and as of August 15, 1983, the trio founded Art Plumbing.

During 1990, the Company concentrated its services on service, maintenance, replacement, clog removal, and maintenance of plumbing systems for business, industrial, and home settings. During 1996, the Company added air conditioning and air quality to the portfolio, and in 2016 the Company incorporated electric solutions, evolving into Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Today, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric is South Florida's domestic and industrial plumbing, cooling, and power service provider.

I’m third-generation contractor and I have resided in this community for 1983, nurturing a household here.

Throughout the years, I have participated on and collaborated with various industry associations, as well as municipal and County agencies, such as the Broward County Licensing Board for Plumbers, President of the Florida Association of Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, and at present serve as Chairman of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

I’ve also had the privilege of guiding numerous young athletes in my time, too many to count to mention here. Founder Aaron Just earned his first master's credential in Nineteen ninety-three at the state of New York at the age of twenty-six, currently possesses licenses in the state of Florida and North Carolina. This milestone marks his 31st year in the industry in the trade.
The owner, Aaron Just brings 30+ thirty years of experience and is involved in each job. He has maintained a master electrician license since the year 1993 at just twenty-six. He first opened his first location in Buffalo after his studies in trade school afterward shifting to Southern California, and currently operating in South Florida. Most recently, Aaron was licensed in the state of North Carolina. Aaron dedicated a couple of years teaching electrical code and the proper methods to design, and setting up solar systems at the U.S. Solar Institute and additionally has a Board of Education Diploma in solar energy.

We believe in safety on the job, utilizing the right materials and knowing our business inside and out. We hold that a successful project and a happy customer are the best way to operate. Quality work is irreplaceable for quality work.
