This strong work ethic was passed down to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who departed the family farm in 1954, carrying big dreams despite limited resources. Though he had little, he upheld the family legacy of hard work and dedication. His dedication led him to master the electrical trade, which he then taught to me. I started my journey in the electrical field at the age of eight, learning from his expertise. I also have a son, which allows me to keep our family legacy alive.
