After that, he moved on to commercial electrical work, tackling projects in schools, hospitals, and malls. Guillermo passed his state-certified electrical exam in 2017, which led to the founding of Jeec Electric.

The mission of Voltron Electric started with my grandfather, Robert Tarr, a farmer from Paris, Kentucky, who valued hard work and dedication to one’s craft. He held that serving others was paramount; he made sure that no family close to his farm in Paris, Kentucky, faced hunger. He planted the idea that everyone deserves respect, dignity, and kindness simply for being human.

My grandfather's values were handed down to my father, Kenneth Tarr, who moved from the family farm in 1954, driven by dreams and determination. Despite having little, he embraced the family legacy of sincere dedication and hard work. He learned the electrical trade through hard work and passed that knowledge on to me. I started my journey in the electrical field at the age of eight, learning from his expertise. I also have a son, which allows me to keep our family legacy alive.

Through commitment and perseverance, our firm expanded. In the year 1996, we introduced a Heating and Air Conditioning Division. We now have over 75 service vehicles and have become a Factory Authorized Carrier Dealer. In only our second year of operation, we received the Carrier Award for setting up more Carrier systems with approved Puron coolant than any other Florida contractor. By our third year as a Carrier Dealer, Aqua had created and implemented more residential and commercial air conditioning applications than any other Carrier Dealer in the state of Florida.
