During the 1980s, in the wake of years facing challenging economic conditions in the upper eastern United States, the D'Attile family, together with their 21-year-old son Greg, took the transformative choice of moving to the Sunshine State.

After arriving in Coral Springs, Art obtained his local master plumbing certification and on August 15, 1983, Gregg, Arthur and Marie D'Attile launched their plumbing business.

In 1990, the business concentrated its services on client support, maintenance, upgrades, drain cleaning, and care of water systems for business, commercial, and residential needs. During 1996, the Company expanded cooling and home air solutions to the service, and in 2016 the firm introduced electrical work, becoming Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Today, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric is South Florida's residential and business drainage, HVAC, and power service provider.

I am third-generation contractor and I’ve lived in Coral Springs, Florida for 1983, raising a household here.

Throughout the years, I’ve served on and collaborated with numerous professional organizations, as well as local and County boards, such as the Broward County Licensing Board for Plumbers, Chair of the Florida Association of Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors, and currently act as Chairman of the local rules board.

I have been fortunate of coaching a variety of local youth teams throughout the years, too many to count to list here. My philosophy is in the idea of reciprocity, “Treat others as you wish to be treated.” We have been serving Coral Springs since the year 1983, and it is our privilege to support the areas that we live in.

Proprietor Aaron Just secured his initial master's credential in 1993 in New York when he was 26 years old, now holds certifications in the state of Florida and North Carolina. This achievement signifies his 31st year in the industry in the business.
The owner, Aaron Just offers over three decades of experience and takes part in each project. He has possessed a master electrician license since Nineteen ninety-three at the age of twenty-six. Aaron launched his business in Buffalo following his studies in trade school then moving to the southern part of California, and for the past 15 years operating in the South Florida area. Recently, he was licensed in North Carolina. He spent 2 years instructing code and how to designing, and installing solar setups at the United States Solar Institute and additionally has a certification from the Board of Education in photovoltaic systems.
