In the early 1980s, following a period contending with tough financial situations in the northeastern United States, Arthur and Marie D'Attile, together with their then son their son, decided on the transformative step of relocating to South Florida.

Upon arriving in Coral Springs, Arthur obtained his local Plumbing License and by August 15, 1983, the trio created Art Plumbing.

By 1990, the company focused its efforts on customer service, maintenance, upgrades, drain cleaning, and care of pipes for commercial, large-scale, and domestic settings. Come 1996, the company added its services to include HVAC and indoor air quality, and in 2016, Art Plumbing added electrical services, becoming Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Currently, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric is South Florida's company for domestic and business water systems, HVAC, and electric solutions.

As a third-gen builder, I’ve lived and brought up a home in Coral Springs since 1983.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to participate in many industry associations, as well as City and regional boards, such as the Broward County Licensing Board for Plumbers, President of the Florida Plumbing Association, and currently act as the Chair of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

Additionally, I have been privileged to coach many youth athletic teams during this time, countless to enumerate here. My belief is in the idea of reciprocity, “Treat others as you wish to be treated.” We’ve been caring for the Coral Springs community and South Florida for 1983, and it is our privilege to give back to the areas that we thrive in, serve in, and spend time in.

Owner Aaron Just acquired his first masters license in the year 1993 while in NY at the age of twenty-six, currently maintains credentials in FL and NC. This achievement marks his 31 year anniversary in the business.
Aaron Just offers over 30 years in this field and is involved in all project. He has held a master electrician license since Nineteen ninety-three at the age of 26 years old. Aaron first opened his first location in Buffalo, New York following his studies in technical training then relocating to Southern California, and for the past 15 years operating in the South Florida area. Lately, he obtained a license in NC. He spent a couple of years educating electrical code and the proper methods to creating, and setting up solar systems at the United States Solar Institute and additionally has a certification from the Board of Education in photovoltaic systems.
