Back in the 1980s, following a period facing challenging economic situations in the northeast US, Arthur and Marie, accompanied by their 21-year-old son Greg, made the transformative step of relocating to the Sunshine State.

Upon arriving in Coral Springs, FL, Art earned his Broward County Plumbing License and on August 15, 1983, the trio founded Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Come 1990, the business concentrated its services on service, maintenance, replacement, clog removal, and upkeep of water systems for commercial, factory, and domestic settings. By 1996, the company expanded its offerings to include air conditioning and air quality, and in 2016, Art Plumbing introduced electrical services, rebranding as Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

Currently, Art Plumbing, AC & Electric is the premier company for domestic and business pipework, air conditioning, and electric services.

I am a third-generation contractor, I’ve been living and brought up a family in Coral Springs for 1983.

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to serve various trade organizations, as well as local and County committees, such as the Broward Plumbing Board, President of the Florida Plumbing Association, and at present serve Chairman of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

Additionally, I have had the honor to lead many youth sports teams throughout the years, far too many to list here. My belief is in the idea of reciprocity, “Treat others as you wish to be treated.” Our company has been caring for Coral Springs and this area for 1983, and it is our privilege to give back to the areas that we reside in, work in, and play in.

Owner Aaron Just earned his initial master's certification in the year 1993 while in NY at twenty-six, currently maintains licenses in the state of Florida and North Carolina. This achievement signifies his thirty-first year in the industry in the business.
Aaron Just brings more than three decades of experience and participates in each job. He has possessed a master electrician license since Nineteen ninety-three when he was 26 years old. Aaron established his business in Buffalo, New York following his studies in vocational school then relocating to SoCal, and currently in South Florida. Recently, he obtained a license in the state of North Carolina. Aaron spent two years teaching regulations and the proper methods to creating, and setting up solar setups at the US Solar Institute and additionally has a diploma from the Board of Education in solar energy.
