In the early 1980s, after a period contending with challenging financial conditions in the northeast US, Arthur and Marie, accompanied by their at that time son Gregg, decided on the transformative step of shifting to Florida.

After arriving in Coral Springs, FL, Art obtained his Broward County Plumbing License and on August 15, 1983, the trio established Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

By 1990, the business concentrated its efforts on customer service, maintenance, installations, clog removal, and upkeep of pipes for commercial, factory, and domestic needs. Come 1996, the firm expanded its portfolio to include cooling and indoor air quality, and by 2016, Art Plumbing incorporated electric solutions, becoming Art Plumbing, AC & Electric.

I am a third generation builder, I’ve been living and raised a home in Coral Springs since 1983.

Throughout the years, I’ve participate in various industry associations, as well as City and regional committees, such as the Broward County Licensing Board for Plumbers, President of the Florida Plumbing Association, and currently function as Chairman of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals.

Moreover, I’ve been fortunate to lead numerous youth athletic teams over the years, countless to mention here. Proprietor Aaron Just secured his initial masters license in the year 1993 while in NY when he was 26 years old, and maintains licenses in FL and NC. This represents his 31 year anniversary in the business.
Owner Aaron Just offers more than three decades of experience and participates in every job. Aaron has maintained a Masters electrical license since the year 1993 at just 26. Aaron launched in Buffalo, NY post his education in vocational school before relocating to the southern part of California, and currently based in the South Florida area. Recently, he was licensed in the state of North Carolina. He dedicated two years teaching regulations and the techniques for creating, and installing solar systems at the US Solar Institute and additionally has a Board of Education Diploma in Photovoltaics.
