The president and license holder, Jerry L Martin, is originally from Highland, Indiana. In 1970, following his father's retirement, the family moved to Lee County, Florida. Jerry attended Ft Myers Middle School and graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1977. Jerry has dedicated time to supporting youth athletics in Lee County over the years. He has coached youth soccer with the Cape Coral Soccer Association and youth basketball through the Youth Basketball Association of Lee County (YBA). Moreover, he is a supporter of Bishop Verot High School and its athletic programs.

The secretary/treasurer, Debbie Martin, comes from Elizabethtown, Kentucky. In 1972, her family relocated to Lee County, Florida, because of a job transfer. She graduated from Ft Myers High School in 1979 and earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of South Florida.

In 1980, Jerry and Debbie met and were married in 1982. In 1984, they had their only child, Nick. Nick completed his education at Bishop Verot High School in 2003 and graduated from the University of South Florida in 2008.
