Since its inception in 1985, our Electrical Division has focused on residential and commercial service work. Our team takes on new electrical projects and all types of renovations. We cater to restaurants, businesses, high-rise building systems, and commercial power generation. For homeowners, we deliver repairs, renovations, service upgrades, 40-year re-certification, and code compliance solutions.

Lynco began its journey in 1985 under the name Lynco Electrical. Jeffrey Lynn, the owner, earned his Master's License in Electrical in 1984. Lynco Electric served condominium associations, property management companies, and high-rise structures. In response to the rising demand for life safety systems, Lynco Fire & Alarm Corp. was founded in 2006. Lynco Fire is presently engaged in new fire alarm installations and retrofitting existing systems to adhere to current codes. Our services include repairs and monitoring. Lynco is U.L. certified. The Electrical Division is involved in commercial service work and new installations.

Jeff started his journey as an electrician at the age of fourteen. With help from an electrical contractor who was a family friend, he wired an apartment in the attic of the neighboring house. After graduating high school, Jeff joined the Navy to find a safe haven during the Vietnam War. Jeff was an airborne radar operator flying from the USS Intrepid. He underwent rigorous training in electronics.

After leaving the Navy, Jeff pursued his electrician career in Flemington, New Jersey, starting at $4.10 per hour. Jeff, like many electricians, progressed through the ranks of the trade. He carefully selected his employers, focusing on commercial and industrial companies. Jeff is skilled in all aspects of electrical systems.

In 1985, Jeff earned his Master Electrical License. Jeff opened Lynco Electrical and later founded Lynco Fire & Alarm. He has been married for 29 years and has two children, Jason and Jessica, plus a granddaughter named Jelisa.
