I came to California for leisure. During that period, I worked as an Electrical supervisor for Raytheon in Micronesia. I was captivated by the weather conditions plus the richness of the locals in the area, it was wonderful. I was already a licensed electrician in two additional states for over the past 20 years, thus the transformation was quite smooth. I wrapped up my assignment with Raytheon and returned in 2001, during which time I served here as an electrician for Parrott Mechanical, as I preparing for the state exam for electrical contractors, and I successfully passed the first time and formally started my own business, on the date of December 21, 2001. This marked the beginning of Peebles Electric Service. I’ve never felt any hesitations and that choice. My love for my profession and a deeper motivation to satisfy my customers, and this focus has been my success in such a great plus dynamic field. Thank you! for your encouragement, Gordon.
I go by Gordon Peebles. I began my journey in electrical work commenced at eight years old. I was always curious about the intricacies of electrical systems. My 3rd grade teacher got me involved in a youth club called the 4-H Club, which focused on electricity. I explored electricity for a period of four years and then interned with the neighborhood electrician on the weekends for hands-on experience, then later in high school for four additional years earning a certificate in Electricity. Once I completed high school, I took a full-time job as an trainee electrician where I learned the expertise of using electrical tools, setting up and system applications, blueprint reading and troubleshooting electrical systems. Subsequently, I completed a two-year course of study at Sumter College in: Electrical Technology and the state electrical exam, which led to 2 Journeyman certifications, one from the state of South Carolina and the state of Massachusetts. After three years, I was admitted to MIT and obtained an A.A. degree in Electrical Engineering. I consider myself reliable, equitable, & committed.

Having grown up in the Bay Area, I am a veteran of the Navy with a decade of service. I am certified as a C-10 and C-46 electrical and solar contractor (CSLB #1080386). My focus is on providing electrical services, with solar energy solutions as an additional offering. Unlike many contractors, I work as a sole proprietor, ensuring that I take personal responsibility while delivering top-notch quality in all my projects for my community.
