Bill McNamara has been in the electrical contracting business. He began assisting in the family business in Atascadero, California, where his parent started a small family electrical business. At age 13, he completed the wiring for his first residential project and soon after decided he wanted to start a business of his own. In 1986, he relocated to Napa Valley and took on contracting work at a race track for seven years called Sears Point Raceway, now referred to as Infineon Raceway. As the wine industry in Napa Valley expanded, so did. More and more people needed electricians as wineries began to be built. For about 15 years, Bill subcontracted a reputable electrical company when needed. At present, he focuses on on-demand service and smaller tasks.

Bill makes his home on a farm in Angwin, California. He supports a local Sprint car racer, Britton Bock, a talented driver. He treats everything he works on—whether in his profession or during his free time—with commitment and puts his heart into it. Bill always comes up with creative solutions—whether it’s where to position a light or which light bulbs to choose. People often respond with praise, saying, “What a fantastic idea, Bill!”.
