In his youth, he served in the U.S. Army, where he held a Top Secret Clearance and spent time both overseas and at domestic bases. Johnny earned two engineering degrees and completed his Executive MBA at Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, Johnny took a leap of faith to pursue his dream of owning and building a business, aiming to create a great company with a positive culture that values employees and customers. He partnered with the founder and acquired ASL in late 2018. ASL has grown into a successful company that serves Orange County and its neighboring areas, employing more than 15 individuals. Johnny serves on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness. Johnny loves assisting others, cherishing time with family, coaching youth sports, gardening, and exploring new places.
