He has two engineering degrees and received his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, Johnny took a leap of faith to pursue his dream of owning and building a business, aiming to create a great company with a positive culture that values employees and customers. He partnered with the founder and acquired ASL in late 2018. ASL has grown into a successful company that serves Orange County and its neighboring areas, employing more than 15 individuals. Johnny is on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit that aims to eradicate homelessness.
