I entered the electrical field in 1985 by attending Los Angeles Trade and Technical College. I worked as an apprentice in the afternoons while completing a two-year program in Electrical Construction and Maintenance. In 1988, I relocated to Mammoth Lakes and began my role as a ski lift electrician at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. I was responsible for the construction and upkeep of ski lifts, water systems, and the development of the snowmaking compressor building and pump stations. Additionally, I designed and installed new control systems for various existing ski lifts. In 1999, I chose to leave the ski area to concentrate on my contracting business, and I have been dedicated to serving the Eastern Sierra ever since.
