In 1985, I started my career in the electrical sector by studying at Los Angeles Trade and Technical College. While working as an apprentice in the afternoons, I finished a two-year Electrical Construction and Maintenance program. In 1988, I relocated to Mammoth Lakes and began my role as a ski lift electrician at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. I handled the construction and maintenance of ski lifts, water systems, and the establishment of the snowmaking compressor building and pump stations. Additionally, I designed and installed new control systems for various existing ski lifts. In 1999, I decided to focus on my contracting business, stepping away from the ski area, and I have been committed to the Eastern Sierra ever since.
