In 1985, I started my career in the electrical sector by studying at Los Angeles Trade and Technical College. I worked as an apprentice in the afternoons while completing a two-year program in Electrical Construction and Maintenance. I transitioned to Mammoth Lakes in 1988, starting my career as a ski lift electrician at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. I was responsible for the construction and upkeep of ski lifts, water systems, and the development of the snowmaking compressor building and pump stations. Additionally, I designed and installed new control systems for various existing ski lifts. In 1999, I made the decision to shift my focus to my contracting business, leaving the ski area, and I have proudly served the Eastern Sierra since then.
