My journey in construction began in high school when I assisted our retired neighbors in building a house from scratch. Before joining the Navy in '93, I worked in Maintenance for the US Forest Service, where I gained valuable experience. During my two years of training, I became a Nuclear Reactor Operator and Electronics Technician. After my honorable discharge, I joined Kodak, starting as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician, then advancing to Trainer and Supervisor.

I moved to Mammoth in '03 and joined the Lift Maintenance Department at MMSA. In '08, I received my C-10 Electrical license and launched B.I.G.. In 2010, I dedicated myself to B.I.G. on a full-time basis. In 2012, I took on the role of President of the Mammoth Lakes Contractors Association and was appointed Commissioner of the Town's Building Advisory Committee and Construction Board of Appeals. In 2017, I secured my General Contracting license, and I consistently prioritize my founding vision for B.I.G..
