Johnny is a husband, father, follower of Jesus, and entrepreneur. Johnny previously worked as a turnaround executive and relocated to California from Georgia in 2002 for a Fortune 500 firm. As a young man, he served in the U.S. Army, obtaining a Top Secret Clearance and spending time abroad and at U.S. bases. He has two engineering degrees and received his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, he decided to take a leap of faith and fulfill his dream of starting and growing his own business, with the goal of fostering a great culture that cares for both employees and customers. He partnered with the founder and acquired ASL in late 2018. ASL has grown into a successful company that serves Orange County and its neighboring areas, employing more than 15 individuals. Johnny is on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit that aims to eradicate homelessness. He takes pleasure in helping people, enjoying family time, coaching youth sports, gardening, and traveling.

I learned to follow the National Electrical Code, which serves as the standard for safe electrical installations. I spent 19 years as a field electrician with the Department of Parks and Recreation, eventually becoming the electrical supervisor from early 2010 to March 2013. Working with Local 11 IBEW provided me with diverse electrical installation experience, where I handled various electrical installations, making me a versatile electrician capable of tackling any residential or commercial task.

I bring more than 35 years of experience and am fully licensed and bonded. I focus on breaker panel upgrades, rewiring homes, installing recessed lighting, Malibu lighting, troubleshooting faulty wiring, and adding outlets and dedicated circuits.
