Johnny holds two engineering degrees and earned his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, Johnny made a bold decision to realize his dream of establishing and developing his own business, focused on creating a positive culture that prioritizes employees and customers. He partnered with the founder and acquired ASL in late 2018. Today, ASL is a healthy, flourishing business serving Orange County and surrounding regions, with a team of over 15 employees. Johnny is on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit that aims to eradicate homelessness. I bring more than 35 years of experience and am fully licensed and bonded.
