He has two engineering degrees and received his Executive MBA from Pepperdine in 2011. In 2018, Johnny took a leap of faith to pursue his dream of owning and building a business, aiming to create a great company with a positive culture that values employees and customers. Johnny joined forces with the founder to purchase ASL in late 2018. ASL is now a thriving, successful company serving Orange County and nearby areas, employing over 15 people. Johnny serves on the board of directors for Mercy House, a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness. Johnny loves assisting others, cherishing time with family, coaching youth sports, gardening, and exploring new places.
