In 2018, Johnny made a bold decision to realize his dream of establishing and developing his own business, focused on creating a positive culture that prioritizes employees and customers. In late 2018, he collaborated with the founder to acquire ASL. ASL has grown into a successful company that serves Orange County and its neighboring areas, employing more than 15 individuals. He is also a board member of Mercy House, a nonprofit focused on combating homelessness. He takes pleasure in helping people, enjoying family time, coaching youth sports, gardening, and traveling.
