My journey in construction began in high school when I assisted our retired neighbors in building a house from scratch. I gained experience in Maintenance with the US Forest Service before enlisting in the Navy in '93. I completed two years of training, becoming a Nuclear Reactor Operator and an Electronics Technician. After serving honorably, I transitioned to Kodak, where I began as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician and progressed to Trainer and Supervisor.

I moved to Mammoth in '03 and joined the Lift Maintenance Department at MMSA. In '08, I obtained my C-10 Electrical license and established B.I.G.. By 2010, I committed to B.I.G. full-time. In 2012, I was elected President of the Mammoth Lakes Contractors Association and appointed as Commissioner of the Town's Building Advisory Committee and Construction Board of Appeals. In 2017, I secured my General Contracting license, and I consistently prioritize my founding vision for B.I.G..
