My journey in construction began in high school when I assisted our retired neighbors in building a house from scratch. Prior to enlisting in the Navy in '93, I worked in Maintenance for the US Forest Service, acquiring essential skills. During my two years of training, I became a Nuclear Reactor Operator and Electronics Technician. After serving honorably, I transitioned to Kodak, where I began as an Industrial Electro-Mechanical Technician and progressed to Trainer and Supervisor.

I moved to Mammoth in '03 and joined the Lift Maintenance Department at MMSA. In '08, I received my C-10 Electrical license and launched B.I.G.. By 2010, I committed to B.I.G. full-time. I was elected President of the Mammoth Lakes Contractors Association in 2012 and appointed as Commissioner of the Town's Building Advisory Committee and Construction Board of Appeals. In 2017, I obtained my General Contracting license, and I continue to keep my founding vision for B.I.G. at the forefront of my mind.
