Once I wrapped up my five-year apprenticeship, I headed to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, majoring in Electrical Engineering. Living on the central coast made me realize I wanted to stay here for good, and the rest is history!

I spent 17 years helping to establish a national construction business (REC Solar), where the residential part became SunRun and the commercial side was taken over by the largest utility firm in the nation (Duke Energy). I established my own business in 2021 after leaving in December 2020, but I have been a licensed contractor since 2008, serving as the license holder for my last employer.
