Once I wrapped up my five-year apprenticeship, I headed to San Luis Obispo to attend Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, majoring in Electrical Engineering. After experiencing life on the central coast, I decided I would never leave, and the rest is history!

I contributed to building a national construction firm (REC Solar) for 17 years, where the residential division evolved into SunRun and the commercial sector was acquired by the largest utility company in the U.S. (Duke Energy). I departed in December 2020 and founded my own company in 2021, but I have held a contractor's license since 2008 as I was the license holder for my previous employer.
