The year 1978 marked the splitting of the firm's safety solutions from the power division, and in the following year it became Jackson Security Services. During that year, JSS purchased a local security firm in Tuscaloosa, Alabama.
During 1988, he acquired both the electrical and security services and merged the companies. During 1992, Turner's son, Brad was appointed to the role of Vice President of Jackson Security Services, and by 2000, Essary was brought on as Vice President and General Manager.
The year 2014 marked, Jackson Electric Services merged with a like-minded business in the Tuscaloosa area. Today, Jackson Security Services continues its commitment to service. He remains at the helm the company as the VP and General Manager.
