He grew up in a building family, as his father worked in the trade industry in North Alabama for over four decades. In the time leading up to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg was employed one of the biggest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His work history included positions such as an industrial electrician in high voltage, PLC programming, and systems design. In his final years with the company, he served as the lead electrical estimator. Greg has also worked steel mills, the automotive industry, aviation, copper production, home appliance manufacturing, food production, the chemicals and film industry, cryogenic systems, and the electronics industry. With this wide-ranging experience from fieldwork to supervisory roles, it was a clear path for him to start his own business.
