Taylor's journey in the electrical sector began when he was just a child. He began his career in sales at his father's business, where he sold electrical supplies. His transition to fieldwork allowed him to apply his product knowledge, improving his abilities as an electrician.

Prior to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg worked one of the largest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His background included roles as an industrial electrician in high-voltage systems, PLC programming, and systems design. During his last years with the company, he served as the chief estimator for electrical projects. Greg has also worked the steel industry, the car manufacturing industry, aerospace, copper fabrication, home appliance manufacturing, grain processing, the chemical and film industry, cryogenic systems, and the electronic industry. With such a diverse experience from practical experience to leadership, it was a natural progression for him to start his own business.
