Our owner, Greg is a proud resident of Morgan County and the youngest son of David and Wonda Dobbs. He grew up in a building family, as his father worked in the construction industry in North Alabama for over 40 years. In the time leading up to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, Greg was employed one of the biggest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His work history included roles as an industrial electrician in high-voltage environments, PLC programming, and systems design. As he concluded his time with the company, he served as senior electrical estimator. He has experience in steel mills, the car manufacturing industry, aerospace, copper tubing, home appliance manufacturing, grain processing, the chemical and film industry, cryogenics, and the electronic industry. With such a diverse experience from hands-on work to supervisory roles, it was a logical step for him to start his own business.
