Greg grew up in a construction-focused family, as his father worked in the trade industry in North Alabama for over four decades plus. In the time leading up to purchasing Ronald Terry Electric, he was part of one of the largest industrial electrical contractors in the area. His experience included roles as an industrial electrician in high-voltage systems, PLC programming, and systems design. In his final years with the company, he served as the chief estimator for electrical projects. His background includes work in steel mills, the automotive industry, aircraft manufacturing, copper production, appliance manufacturing, grain processing, the chemicals and film industry, cryogenic systems, and the tech industry. Given his diverse experience from practical experience to management, it was a clear path for him to establish his own business.
