Called and the receptionist took all my info ie name, address, phone number, what needs to be done in detail. Owner called, very friendly and texted quickly with quote when i sent pics of the plug I needed changed. He texted to see if a tech can come by that afternoon. I replied asking if the tech was a licensed electrician. Got a weird response 'Jess just took over the company and it's been filed under CA board but we are waiting to receive it. We can push this project off for now, kindly staff. I responded what did that mean? No response back. I called, the receptionist who was clueless. I replied to text asking Jesse to call me. No call, no response. I don't understand how he got high reviews on Yelp when the business is run so poorly. Wouldn't recommend even calling them.

Well Jessie and Taylor saved the day again. They were here same day I called (AGAIN) came all the way up to the mountains again! Fixed on the spot again!!!
If you are flicking through looking for electricians then stop looking as I went through so many and these guys have been great and always conscious of your dime too. They will come and look, fix or give an estimate if it's going to be more involved.

We had a simple connection issue this time but last time they had to separate circuits and rewire so old shoddy workmanship where some idiot had added an outdoor socket to the main indoor lounge sockets (when building 50 years ago) and everything was shorting. They followed every socket to the breaker until they found the culprit

I've been looking for a ""go to"" electrician for a while. We got a new electric vehicle and needed a more powerful EV charger installed on a larger breaker. Our main house panel was in good shape, but had a lot of wiring and not a ton of room after a recent remodel. I called four electricians for an estimate. Three of the four did a remote estimate. The first came and then immediately said the job would cost more based on information they had during the estimate; this was very frustrating. The second came out and, upon getting started, said that he could not do the job. Frustrating. The third wanted to charge me a huge amount of money by making the project a lot bigger than it had to be.

This is where Jesse and Zoetic came in to the picture. Jesse was very responsive and said he would stop by that night to take a look at the panel in person. This made a huge difference because he was able to come up with a couple options that worked for us. During the installation, we noticed that some of the wiring needed to be addressed and a circuit was double tapped. Jesse came up with a second plan to move some circuits from the main panel to an existing subpanel and to really clean up the main panel. Jesse took his time and minimized any damage to the stucco. He also took the time to make sure that the conduit was cleanly attached to the wall without leaving behind a crisscross of conduit on our wall. He even took a sample of our paint, went to get it matched, and painted all the conduit so it blended into the wall. And he came by a few days later to label and map all the new circuit locations so that we knew which breakers controlled which circuits.

It's really hard to find anyone in any trade who will come in person, be honest, and take the time to make sure that the job is done well. Was he the cheapest option? No. But he was very reasonable, very accessible, and very thorough. Needless to say, Jesse is the electrician on my speed dial.

We just hired Jesse to install an outdoor electrical line and some outlets for our patio, and he did an excellent job! We liked that he thoughtfully suggested installation options that were more attractive and cheaper, relative to another quote we received. It's always great to find someone who genuinely cares about their craft, and we would definitely hire him again!

I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option. I had an issue in our home. Jesse came and did an extremely thorough inspection of my whole house while explaining his process and teaching me as much as he could about electricity, how it works, how the wiring works, etc. the whole time. He's very kind, trustworthy, efficient, and does great work. His pricing was extremely fair as well. I will be going to him for any future needs! Thank you so much for your help!

I needed an EV charger installed in my townhome for my EV. I purchased the EV charger separately and wanted to make sure it was installed correctly, so I reached out to Jesse.

From the moment we connected, Jesse provided immense value. After sending over some pictures, he commented that the 220V outlet plug that I had (installed by the townhouse builder) was not EV rated and should be replaced. Sure enough, after talking with other home owners in the community, the builder-provided outlets were cheap and were not reliable.

He provided a quote and a quick appointment window. He came on time, replaced the outlet with an EV rated 220V outlet plug, and installed my charger appropriately.

He's a local guy that knows local issues, and I would highly recommend Jesse and the team for anybody needing an electrician.

Jesse was a blessing for us. Our house power went off in the middle of the day and we just bet on his great reputation and just called him. Just one phone call and he made it out that night after his day ended. We are so grateful for him he stayed fixing our panel until 9:00pm. Calling really does help you understand a good electrician vs a great one and Jesse is a great one. We will be using him for a new panel this year as well!

After obtaining several quotes to 1. create new wiring and mount an LED bathroom mirror and 2. move the electrical wiring for the vanity light and mount it, we went with Zoetic because they were prompt and professional in their responses and offered competitive pricing. They came with a total of 3 people and got the job done in 2 hours. They were able to minimize how much dry wall had to be cut, did exactly what was on the estimate, and cleaned up very well. I would definitely use them again.
