Great experience with Zoetic Electric on replacing four of our bedroom wall plugs from two prongs to three prongs and repairing one of our outdoor outlets. Jesse is professional, effective, responsive and super easy to work with! Their charge is also more than reasonable. We feel really lucky to have found them and definitely would hire them again for future needs.

After moving in to our new home, I had no idea the importance of knowing a good electrician until we needed one. We had previously hired a guy to install some smart switches and a Nest Doorbell, but he was more old school and strangely enough didn't have experience getting it done, so he left our house with the job unfinished. To remedy this, we sent out a job request on Yelp for any electricians nearby. It wasn't urgent, but we definitely needed someone to take care of this ASAP and not have a bunch of switches installed that weren't functioning. Jesse responded the same day fairly quickly, and even addressed some concerns I had way past working hours. He told me to give him a call in the morning and we had an appointment set up for the day after. One of the warranty guys from our home builder said that the transformer had enough voltage to support the wired Nest Doorbell, but based on our situation, Jesse already knew that we needed a replacement. We went ahead and purchased the transformer from Home Depot in advance to save everyone time. Jesse came with one other technician (Albert?), and had installed everything in a little over an hour. There were 7 smart switches in total, along with the Nest doorbell that were fixed. Jesse was very nice and professional during the entire process. The price was reasonable and I honestly regret not reaching out to him the first time around. We now have our new go-to electrician and highly recommend Zoetic Electric to anyone that is in need of any electrical services - thanks again Jesse!!

Jesse was so easy to work with. He understood that I had a relatively small project, but came by on the same day, told me what the problem was, explained possible solutions, and let me pick which direction I wanted to head. He came back the next day and had the outlet fixed within a couple hours!

Delayed review! Jesse and his team were amazing. We ordered a new stove and when it came in we realized we needed to upgrade our electric, Jesse was here the next morning on a Saturday to run the new line. While he was here he found a few things that our last Electrian botched and fixed it at no charge. The work quality is top notch. So thankful to have met these guys and do not go anywhere else, call Zoetic!!

Jesse has been nothing but extremely helpful during our outage situation. There are no words that could describe Jesse's dedication to serve his customers and the level of service, expertise, and patience that he provided was second to none.

Our home suffered a major power outage due to the phase wire touching the neutral wire causing a huge electricity surge throughout the whole house. All the essential appliances shut off which made life miserable. Jesse diagnosed the issue quickly and provided solutions to deal with every aspect of the issues concisely.

We are extremely grateful for Jesse's empathy and urgency to arrive at our home as soon as possible to help us during this tough time. If I could give more than a 5 stars, he definitely deserved it!

Let there be light!

We were in the middle of dinner when the lights went dark. Jesse came out and fixed our problem before bedtime. Thats what I call quick, excellent service. Jesse took time to explain the problem in simple terms and thats really appreciated. We will definetly call again if we ever need an electrician.
