We reached out to Jesse regarding a faulty light switch. I had attemped to replace it on my own which was a mistake. Jess responded quickly to my text on a Sunday and was able to have an electrician out the next morning. Taylor came out and assessed the situation quickly. He was able to replace the switch and added additional safety measures that was not done before. He checked the breaker panel to ensure everthing was working correctly. The service was a great value for the quickness and thorough job. We appreicate the professionalism, speedy, and reasonable value of Jesse's company. We will definitely use this family owned business in the feature.

Several lights in our house stopped working. The first company we contacted tried to upsell us. The second didn't want the job. Third time's the charm, because I can't say enough positive things about Zoetic. After I called the company, Jesse took a thorough look and explained different ways we could go. He produced an extremely reasonable estimate. He and his team showed up right on time on the workday, fully prepared. Jesse was super responsive and both in the quote stage and throughout the project execution. Quote was done electronically within the hr I first called. He installed a 240V line for us for an EV and completed the work on time despite heavy rain. He offered suggestions that would help secure our entire electrical system and was overall very pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with the results and would be happy to recommend Jesse and Zoetic for future projects.

Jesse came over on the same day we called to address an important but not urgent issue. Beforehand, he clearly explained how we would be added to the schedule and what Plan B would be if he couldn't come that day. He and Eric covered our floors to protect the area around the workspace and performed a neat job. When he had the opportunity to upsell us, he didn't. All in all, straightforward work done professionally and efficiently. We're not looking for more electrical issues, but we'd be happy to have him back.
