Dave and Ray installed 12 LED recessed lights and upgraded a dozen outlets and switches in my 1950's home. The recessed lighting involved mounting and wiring the cans and installing the light kits. Upgrading the outlets and switches involved adding a new outlet and running ground wires to five or six ungrounded outlets and replacing many older style outlets and switches with newer types. They worked very hard and completed the effort within the time estimated. They quickly and cleverly solved every problem they encountered and there were a lot of problems due to the age of the structure. Obviously I was favorably impressed and will gladly call Zimmerman Electric for my future electrical needs.

I would give this company 10 stars if I could. I called Mark Zimmerman the other evening because of a power outage in my kitchen and living room. I was in a panic because my refrigerator lost the power. He was willing to come out on an after-hours call but he suggested for me to run an extension cord to another outlet to save a little money since it was after hours. We scheduled for the next afternoon. I left work early and Dave the electrician called me prior to arriving and was right on time. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Dave told me I would receive the bill in the mail and he explained what the hourly rate was and what parts would be billed to me so there would be no surprises. I would highly recommend this company for their true professionalism.

Absolutely utilize and support this local business. My elderly mother was having problems with power fluctuations that were causing damage to appliances and creating potential fire hazards. The power company was dragging it's feet in sending someone out to look into the problem. After several days of no help from the utility, we called Zimmerman. Within a couple of hours, and on the schedule we were promised, a clean, courteous, and knowledgeable electrician was at her house diagnosing the problem. He spoke directly to the utility and we were able to get an urgent order for repair placed. This is DEFINITELY a five star company and is now both my mother's and my go to choice for electricians.

These folks were very professional and knew their stuff. I had an appointment scheduled
for an emergency after a weekend and they came out right away. John was very courteous and always called back promptly. He sent his man Greg who started to work immediately and methodically to resolve our problem. He had to run out to get new parts and always kept us informed and even came back out during dinner-time to finish up. Their expertise was amazing and they always fully explained in detail what needed to be done. Their prices were fair and their work was top-notch. I will use them again in the future and I highly recommend them to others.
