We had different opinions of how to place a several layers chandelier until Art, the owner of the Zenith suggested his own view and we immediately realized how impressive that could become. His associate Ara was also very helpful and appeared to be extremely knowledgeable as well!

Scheduled an appointment window between 11am-2pm. I was told the technician would contact me when they were on their way, but never received any call or updates. At the end of the appointment window, I eventually called to see what was going on and why no one contacted me only to be told they would call me back. 2 hours later, I received a call from the technician saying he was almost here. No apologies, no acknowledgment of the missed appointment. I cancelled right then. This was a big waste of my time and a disrespectful way to conduct business.

Tech said it wasn't an electrical issue, charged me 300$ for the visit. Turns out it was an electrical issue (burnt wire). Tech came back, and charged me for the fix and another 300$ for the visit. Company is shady tbh.

Reached out to Zenith in need of a 240V outlet installed in my apartment complex's parking garage to allow for Level 2 EV charging. They did high quality work for at a reasonable rate. Kudos to Art, who came in today to check on the broken ceiling fan and fix the problem caused by a loose wire in the wall switch box. Art advised caution when using a space heater, which could sometimes mess up old wiring. I appreciated his amazing expertise in quickly diagnosing and fixing the problem free of charge and his great advice on how to prevent its recurrence. A big ""Thank you"" to Art.

Needed a lighting fixture replaced in my apartment. Zenith responded to my yelp inquiry quickly and gave me a flat price estimate. They arrived early and completed their work in an expedient and professional manner. Would definitely recommend them for quick electrical installations/repairs.

He declined the job without ever providing an estimate. It was a large job so perhaps too much for him.

I see that he replied no estimate because a meter spot was needed. That's only true for the part of the job that involved the main panel. He could have provided a quote for replacing the two subpanels, which I asked for. And I told him the meter spot had been ordered but DWP needed to approve it before we would know the equipment approved. Anyway, the whole job now is done and very well by a competitor.
