Wow, working with Zenith Electric start to finish was an excellent experience. I had requested support via Yelp and Zenith Electric reached out within 12 hours. They then promptly worked with me to schedule a virtual facetime appt to assess the need and provide an estimate of costs for our job. Scheduling was a breeze and when I expressed a desire to have to job done as soon as possible, they called me when they had a cancellation and I was able to book an appt 2 days after my virtual consultation. Vians was our installer and he was prompt, professional, and clearly an expert in his field. He did a fantastic job for us installing a new ceiling fan and chandelier. He could not have been more pleasant to work with and was patient with all our questions (and even with our dog running around trying to play with him). Also, the estimate was spot on for the total cost of the job which was great too. I would gladly hire Zenith Electric in a heartbeat again for our electrical needs. Such a great company all around!

I called Zenith Electric and spent over 30 minutes on the phone with them explaining I needed a new 110v breaker installed in the main electric panel and several white GCFI plugs inside the home replaced. I asked they send the electrician with appropriate equipment. The next morning two gentlemen arrived, looked at the work I needed done and said their office would email me an estimate. They were not able to make a single repair. They did not bring any of the parts necessary. I explained to them I had spent 30+ minutes on the phone with their office the day before. I told them ""never mind."" REVIEW UPDATE: I did appreciate the owner's very prompt response (within 90 minutes of me posting) on YELP, and a call from the electrician involved who wanted to try and make things right (but, I already had the work completed). The electrician explained the person at their office who answered my call had only worked there three months and that he had not received the information regarding the specific work I needed to be done. I had requested the electrician be available for 60-90 minutes of work. (The electrician who I called a couple days later did everything I requested, and took care of a few other items in less than 90 minutes...but he had the items I told him he would need). I would be willing to try Zenith Electric again.

Did not go with them because their estimate was way too high. Quoted me $550 to replace 1 bathroom fan. Other company charged me way less.
I mentioned I had already purchased fans. And written quote never mentioned you were supplying fans.

I just bought a new EV and want to get the charging station installed in my garage. I made 3 appts with electricians and scheduled with Zenith to come today at 9am. No show. And they were the only one not to show up. I called at 915am and left a VM asking where they were and when they would arrive. No call. Then at 1050am a woman calls from their office saying she wants to give me a virtual estimate. I never made this arrangement with them and I wouldnt accept an est without them coming to my home. When it takes 1 hour 50 minutes after they were supposed to show to call me that translates to: we are too rich and too successful to give an F about your business. Can I give them a negative 3 stars review? Congratulations on your success!!
