Jude and his crew are the best! They added LED ceiling lights, ran Ethernet computer cables, ran a line for our induction oven, and installed a range hood/fan.

They showed up as scheduled, were neat and clean and very professional. We will certainly use their service again.

Two things I hate to work on. Natural gas and electrical problems. I leave them to the professionals !

Since Zapp Electrical was a local business and came highly recommended on Yelp, I decided to give them a call. Not only were they extremely fast in getting an appointment for me that afternoon, they carried the solution to my problem with them. No waiting for parts to be ordered or a return trips. Within a half hour, they diagnosed my problems and replaced two wall outlets. One being in a very awkward location.

Any electrical problems, they will be my first call !!

I was expecting a bill around $300.00. When he told me $147.00, I almost did a double take. Let's see, two electricians, diagnosis of the outlets, trip charge and parts. They are extremely fair in their pricing and just overall a pleasure to do business with.

I would highly recommend Zapp Electric to anyone with electrical issues or problems !!

We had issues with all the bathroom outlets in the house, called Jude on a Sunday and he said that he was completely booked but he seemed to know what the issue was. He walked me through resetting the outlet in the bathroom and it did the trick! He didn't charge me a dime and although he was super busy he took the time out to help me. They are running an honest business with pure intention of helping people I've found myself a new electrician.

I had just moved into my new house in Brentwood. My clothes dryer was older and needed the 4 prong plug and cord replaced. Laundry was backed up and needed to be done. I saw Zapp Electric on Yelp. I gave them a call and Jude answered. Jude was the best, and an amazing and helpful guy! He came out right away and took care of the issue immediately.

In all of the midst and turmoil of moving, Jude came out and saved the day. Next job coming up will be to convert the garage outlet to 240 for plug in electric car. Of course I will certainly call Zapp Electric and ask for Jude.

He also made quick work out of installing an outside motion detector light.

We had a hot tub delivered and had used another ""electrician"" to set it up. After melting my fuse box I called Zapp on a Friday night and was surprised to get a live answer. He had me send him a text with the photo of the box. He said it would be easy and that we would be hot tubbing by Monday night. He was there on time and got the job done quickly. About a week later the hot tub tripped the breaker. Again he showed up the next day and found the same lack of quality had been used to hook up the spa side of things as well. Jude had it fixed in minutes and showed me what was wrong with the initial install.
Moral of the story...If you live in East County don't waste your time with anyone else! Just call Zapp!

I've used Jude twice and I have been very impressed (which is hard for me because I usually don't care about much). He works fast and efficiently. He does not take advantage of you and install things that you don't need. I have been very happy with Jude and will only go to him and his company for my electrical needs.
