Jude was amazing!! He installed our Tesla charger and did a great job. About 6 months later the breaker went bad and Jude came out immediately to replace it. No questions asked and no charge. Amazing customer service. A true professional.

I am a person in a wheelchair and I count on my medical equipment for my daily activities. My medical bed lost electricity last Monday morning & within 3 hours, Jude the owner was at my door!!

I went to bed that evening with a functioning bed, filled with appreciation for Jude; it was like a miracle!!! Zapp Electric takes care of its disabled customers & makes them a high priority!

Very professional and responsive. My home was having issues with the breakers. Leanne was very professional in answering my initial phone call and Jude, who performed the work, was able to come assess and complete the work on the same day that I called He was very detailed and knowledgeable on what the issue was and the work that was completed. Jude and Crew relocated our chandelier location and installed our new chandelier. This review is a little late, but I cannot say enough about how happy I am with a Zapp Electric!! We were lucky to find Jude when we needed some canned lights put into our home office and a giant chandelier to be wired and hung. Jude was by far the best quote we got. He was kind enough to work out ways to keep us to our budget. Jude honestly went above and beyond. We will always call Zapp first for any and all electrical needs.
