I called this AM (SATURDAY) because my the exhaust hood (not properly installed in the first place) fell off the wall and tripped the other fuses in the kitchen including the one to the fridge. The home warranty company wouldn't get anyone to contact us until Monday at the earliest -- Zapp came out and got us back up and running in no time. He told us what needs to happen to properly reinstall the hood (home warranty will need to reinstall the hood)

I used Zapp Electric to have ceiling fans installed throughout the house. The job was done professionally and in a timely manner. The switches were all gained and located with existing light switches. You could not tell that the fans were not installed as a part of the original construction of the home! Recently I thought about running 240VAC for the hot tub, but after making a calamity of errors I got smart and again called Zapp back in to do the work. Jude showed up that evening and agreed to work over the weekend (Saturday) to accommodate my schedule. It's good to have a dependable and competent electrician who is willing to work anytime during the week to keep his customers happy!

While off on a business trip, my wife told me that our microwave cord and electrical outlet had caught on fire. We tried calling the electrician we had used in the past but found he had moved his business out of state. We searched on-line and found good reviews from Zapp Electric. The reviews were spot on. Jude picked up the phone (on a Saturday of Presidents Weekend - a holiday) and was out within a few hours. He called to check in with us as the time got closer to our scheduled appointment. Jude did an awesome job and quickly got us up and running, in addition to filling a few last minute requests for other electrical needs that we had. I would highly recommend and will pass on his business card to all of our neighbors.

They are a good lot. We had a few snags in the projects we needed their help with but no fault of their own being it was of a personal nature. We had them change out some switches and install new lighting on both sides of the house.

It took three visits to get everything done but I am confident that if it weren't for those outside factors it would've all be done on the first day. So kudos to Jude & Rob for a job well done!

On August we moved to our new home, on the first weekend we had some electric problems and Jude was very fast responding, he discovered some additional problems he said we had no option but fix them, he even came on a Sunday to have the job done. Since we had to file a report to our home protection plan, we requested the invoice. It took more than 8 weeks and several emails to get a copy of my invoice. It made it really difficult to do the claim to the home protection plan.
