Had them install two ceiling fans in my home. My original one was no longer working, and they confirmed it was dead. I also wanted a new one added in a different room. I had two newly purchased fans in boxes ready to go, and they replaced the dead one, and mounted the other one in a room that previously had no fan. The single electrician was friendly, quick, and efficient. He had the whole job wrapped up and cleaned up in a very short time. The price was what they had quoted on the phone, which I thought was reasonable. The next time I ever need an electrician, Zapp will be my first choice. Highly recommended!

Despite challenges in getting SDG&E out, which prolonged our project far beyond anything we imagined, we were very happy with Zapp and everyone who was onsite. We hit a snag with a County inspector, and the crew improvised and redid some work (at no additional charge to us).
Super nice guys who also tolerated our dogs following them around. We would definitely hire them again

Had a problem with my refrigerator. After waiting 6 days for tech to get parts and install we discovered we had an electrical issue. We weren't able to plug refrigerator in closest outlet. Called Zapp, almost no waiting, and they replaced GFI and breakers. Did a great job and I was so happy I cold refill my refrigerator. Loved the same day service!

They are Amazing!! It is so hard to find great electricians but these guys came highly recommended and they were perfect! Robert and Shane came out a little early before their scheduled time (which was great), they called my cell phone because I couldn't hear the doorbell which was super helpful. Once I let them in they understood all of my complicated instructions and got to work right away. They were even able to handle some curveballs I threw at them that I forgot to mention before they got there. What was really great about them is that I'm a woman, and a lot of times I am not taken seriously but these guys explained everything they observed and everything they recommended to make sure our wiring was safe. They were very respectful and professional. They made great decisions and did a very thorough job. They worked quickly but also didn't miss any details. I would highly recommend these guys to even my pickiest neighbors and friends! I can't thank them enough!
