While not the cheapest bid, they were the most thorough with it for installing a 240v,50 amp circuit with a NEMA 14-50 outlet. They actually improve the project plan when installing and it turned out to be a cleaner install than I envisioned.

Zapp Electric was referred by a friend. I called and explained what I needed done in detail. The woman on the phone was great. She asked a lot of questions so she could send the right person to look at the job.
Two men came to look at what I needed done. They took photos and made notes about the specific work. They arrived at the time agreed. I was told I would have an estimate later that day or the following day. Three days later I called to ask about the estimate I did not receive. After the gentleman looked up the information I was told I would have the proposal by the end of the day. Four days later I called again and was told the same thing, I would have the estimate by the end of the day. Three weeks later and I have not received any further communication from Zapp Electric. No phone call, no email, nothing. If the job was out of their scope of work or too small, all they had to do was say so. This was actually the second time this company has done this to me. This experience tells me they are not dependable. Sorry Zapp Electric. I have taken my business elsewhere.

They installed a Tesla wall charger in my garage. Great service, reasonable price and were very thorough with how they'd run cables through the attic and down two floors to my garage. They even patched the drywall holes, which almost all electricians said they would not do! They cleaned up properly after they finished and told me I could reach out if I had any questions. So glad I found this company! I had multiple issues: problems with possible short on the fuse box, garage door not working, needed ceiling fan replaced, needed vanity light replaced, two shower lights not working, needed new switch. Needed to replace 5 hardwired smoke detectors. They supplied them (from Home Depot - the Kidde 10 year) and replaced all 5 in about an hour. No problems. Reasonable cost.
