Was trying to find a local reliable electrician, and searched on yelp. So happy Daniel replied promptly and was very nice and professional. He had a project nearby and was able to come by to check out my project and give me an estimate, I agreed to it and he booked me with his next opening. On the day of, he was on time and efficiently started the project. I had requested for him to tuck the wires from the TV, cable box and internet behind the TV. We are very pleased of the outcome... And would recommend Daniel to anyone who needs any type of electrical work. He is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Definitely calling him again for all our work!!

After experiencing some intermittent issues with several electrical outlets we needed a ""health check of sorts"" to understand the cause of the problem. Daniel was very responsive and willing to spend the time needed to diagnose the problem.
He provided the repair options in a sensible and straightforward way and was willing to adjust his schedule with other clients to make the repairs.

Wow, where to start? First, five stars for overall service, no question. Second, Daniel was amazing, knowledgeable, communicative, considerate, and thorough. Third, he and his co-worker Alan were willing to go the extra mile to help us with two projects (one of which we added on to the original scope of work). Fourth, as an electrician, we weren't sure what the company would/could do, as many companies are limited in their ability or standard services; Daniel said ""Sure!"" to installing a huge ceiling fan and a motor in our existing attic fan. Fifth, the company's response time and communication via text, phone, and Yelp was superb. Sixth, their labor is guaranteed for one year, and I have no doubt they will honor it.
End result, we paid a reasonable minimum fee each for the ceiling fan install and attic fan motor replacement, even though Daniel made multiple visits to help us figure out what we needed - from diagnosis to measurements to installation. Alan also stopped by to troubleshoot an issue that came up because we have an old house.
One thing that was hard, though, was that now in the time of COVID-19, we were all behind masks, and we couldn't shake Daniel's hand or Alan's hand. It was a shock to me to realize the change in interactions we have. We invited them into our home, and yet couldn't make that contact that I have always found crucial and welcoming on both sides. I was happy that they both observed safe distancing and masks without question, and compensated by being generous in communication and friendly attitude.

Needed the tubelight fixtures worked on and called Zair. Daniel responded promptly with just a visit cost. He came over inspected the problems and recommended solutions that would pay for themselves in the long term. Based on Daniel's recommendation, we swapped out all the old tubelight fixtures for new LED-based ones. Both my wife and I were very happy with the courtesy shown us by Daniel and the very professional job that he did. Based on the superb job that Daniel did, we will call on him for any future electric work that we need done in our home.

Daniel just finished finding a shorted wire under our house today. This short was due to a previous electric person who left it that way.. Daniel is a very friendly and courteous person who seems to really know his stuff. I would recommend him anytime and I would not hesitate to call him again.

We worked with Daniel and we definitely would hire him again. We were having issues with all the outlets in our family room. He responded to us quickly and booked an appointment later in the morning. Daniel called us hours earlier saying he can come within 30 mins which was awesome. He was easy to work with and identified the problem within 5 minutes and walked my husband through it. Daniel resolved it immediately and spoke to him about additional electrical questions and requests. Thank you!

Did not show up, nor communicated that he would not be showing up at the scheduled time. He tried to text me in the morning while I was sleeping asking if he could come then, several hours before the scheduled time. I sent a text a while later when I woke up but got no reply before the no show. I had to call and ask what was going on. He cancelled in the evening after he said he'd come then too. He did not attempt to reschedule. I do not recommend unless you want to spend your day waiting around for a no show. This is not how I do business.

Great customer service. Provided well information and also updates. The work he has provided was very neat and also works around the spacing when it was too crowded. Provided excellent communication as well along with the break down that's needed. I would recommend this company again.

Our AC failed in 90degrees weather yesterday as the circuit breaker keeps tripping, we called around a few other AC /Electrician and they are too 'booked' to come take a look and see the issues. I put out mass message on yelp and within minutes I got the message from Zair. Daniel came within 90mins, he checked and found shock wire housing underneath our home that could have caused a fire. He gave us a reasonable estimate and fix the issue within 90mins. He was genuinely nice and honest (young yet experienced), and knows what he is doing. I would definitely keep his number handy since it's hard to find a good electrician. Thank you Daniel. Very much appreciated your work!

Our A/C gave out in the middle of a heat wave and we needed to fix our breaker switch to get it up and running again quickly. Zair Electric responded within minutes, and would have come to our house at 7pm to support, but the necessary part wasn't available. They found the part after extensive search and came by early in the morning the following day. Fixed the issue in minutes, friendly and clean work. Highly recommend!
