Daniel is quick responder. They helped replaced subpanel and install nest doorbell. The price is reasonable. The subpanel has an issue first day but they came quickly the second day to fix it. They don't clean up the work area but it's not a big deal for me.

I contacted Zair Electric and they responded very quickly , came over and gave us a bid on installing a 4.5 wide huge chandelier in our living room . The install was in a few days later .Daniel the owner is very professional , friendly and knowledgeable in his field of work . His install guy on the ladder was very nice as well. The chandelier Installation on our cathedral ceiling went really quickly . We are very impressed with this company , their price was within our budget and we will most likely hire them again for future electrical jobs . We reached out to Zair Electric (and.a few other businesses) for an online quote for adding a new electrical outlet in a bathroom and they were the only ones to provide an online quote with a flat rate.
