Found Young's Electrical by looking online and read all reviews. I was very pleased that I didn't have to pay upfront for them to visit and give me an estimate like another company I found online. They came prepared to do the job and I was pleased with there work. I live in an older mobile home and all my appliance hookups were directly wired, with no electrical plugs in, so I needed to have new plugs install to except my new appliances. He did have a hiccup when moving my dishwasher to install the plug behind it and broke a waster line, but was quick and we got water turn off and he cleaned up the damage and went to the hardware store purchased the needed repair parts and fixed the damage, on him. Don't think it was his fault as this waterline was old and he only move dishwasher 3inches when it broke. So I couldn't fault him for that. Electricians aren't cheap but these guys were very fair priced compared to others I called. Would use them again.

These guys are so very nice. They did great work and even pointed out a few things that needed to be addressed (and fixed them for me) in an older home we recently bought. Very reasonable price.. I had them install a 20 amp circuit to my backyard patio and the work was done quickly and professionally. Everything was as I requested and they left the project neat and clean. Highly recommended.

We have been trying to find an electrician for the last six months to install Can Lighting in our kitchen...some companies wanted money up front that would go toward the job, many people made appointments and never showed up, most companies never called back because the job was too small!! James from the very start was professional, fair and competent, he and Tyson actually showed up early for the job and finished in record time!! We love the lighting and are extremely happy with their work!! We would recommend Young's Electrical Services in a heart beat!! Called Young Electric and someone was able to immediately answer my call and schedule an appointment. If you have had to deal with many trades people in El Dorado County, you know how rare that is! James came out, quickly fixed my issue, and had everything wrapped up the same day I called. He also charged me less than his original estimate since it turned out he was able to reuse some existing parts. Always appreciate someone honest and responsive!

Total power outage on a Saturday morning. James was there within an hour to diagnose a faulty wiring job, then to Home Depot for parts. I was back in business within an hour, secure in the knowledge that the job was done properly and to code. Great service!!!

I found James Young on Google after I had gotten stood up by another electrician. He came out right away and took a look at what I needed done. I had the estimate that same day as well as a scheduled appointment time to complete the work. The day the work was to be completed James showed up on time with help, and put in a full days work. He was neat, clean and professional! This project took 2 full days to complete and it wasn't an easy job. In the end he had installed a total of 28 lights, 3 switches and 3 runs to the main panel. They look GREAT!! I'm so happy with the work that was done and the price was very reasonable! He even took time to trouble shoot a problem I had with one of the switches. Going as far as to call the manufacturer and get the exact specifications on the best bulbs to use with the materials I had chosen. I would recommend Youngs Electrical Service (Y.E.S.) ten times over to anyone doing a major remodel or new construction. GREAT service, GREAT prices, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, very professional!!
