Very happy with James and Andrew. Professional, efficient, easy to talk to. Fast responses and honest. Showed up on time as promised and got the job done within the same day. Communicated throughout and followed through on another issue with a switch that they fixed as well when they saw my switch didn't work. Installed a large chandelier that I've always wanted. I hired them because of their professionalism and being kind, and doing what they promised to do. Pricing was reasonable as well. Highly recommended for a chandelier install. Ours was for a high ceiling and they brought the required ladder and made it work. Thanks so much James and Andrew!

Currently in escrow on a house in Somerset and needed an electrical inspection on short notice, I was very impressed by the professionalism of their technician Andrew that, he was very knowledgeable and thorough in his investigation of the electrical systems of the house, barn, and other out buildings, he even went into a crawlspace that none of the other inspectors we've worked with have wanted to go into.

I feel like the quote he provided to correct the issues the house has is very reasonable, and if we close on the house I intend to use Young's to complete the repairs and any future electrical needs we have.

Young's Electric is the only company we use for our electrical work. They are knowledgeable, timely and reasonably priced.

Young's electric when working at our home alerted us to an unsafe electric circuit breaker box which we were unaware of saving us from a potentially catastrophic fire hazard.

My wife and I readily recommend Young's without reservation. They have good the extra mile in communicating with us and keeping us informed about arrival time.

I have been trying to get a hot tub connected at my house for 6 months. Everyone knows an electrician and I have reached out to several. Most have not returned my call or email. I contacted my realtor for a list of electricians that they have used and Young's was the first one on the list that was based in Placerville (others were in Sac area) and gave them a call.

First off was being surprised that someone answered the phone on the 2nd ring. I explained my dilemna and Hannah said she could get someone out there the next day for a free quote. I was not in town so I couldn't meet James there but he had no problem going out alone.

As luck would have it, James had been to my house to do quite a bit of work a few years ago before I bought it. Even if I hadn't picked him for the work, he will save me quite a bit of time when I need to use the generator again. Turns out he installed the bypass panel for that too!

I was given a quote the same day and told him to book it ASAP (especially with the winter coming up) and he let me know what parts he needed to order and when they would arrive. The earliest install (due to parts) would be in 8 days which was reasonable. James was there on the planned install date and got the job done within a few hours.

I let our realtor know to make a note on his spreadsheet that their service is top notch. I also have plenty of weird light switches, electrical panels, lights, and fans that I still can't figure out so I will be calling them back for more help!
