Absolutely the Best. I'm a Realtor so not only does he do my personal appliances, Marvin and Mike does most of my Clients appliances as well. Never never been disappointed. In fact I've been surprised at their high level of service. A+++++++++++++++

Not sure how anyone could possibly give them less than 5 stars. Their response time and service is immaculate! Marvin and Sung are top of the line professionals who know how to do their job, and do it well. Their work ethic is top notch, topped only by their quality workmanship and efficient timing. The fact that they pay attention to every single detail means everything to someone as nit-picky as I am.

I can see why they're booked out for so long: everyone wants to use them! Worth every second of wait time to get them scheduled. I can finally finish up my never ending project (well, maybe - it just never ends, so we'll see).

Woo's electrical is worth every penny. We would hire them again and at every opportunity we could!

Have an older home so always wary about electrical issues. I had a couple outlets that were burning up the plugs to small appliances . Woo's informed me they were booked for the next 2 weeks but made an appointment and suddenly received call the next day that they finished a job early in the area and would they like me to have them stop by ? I did and they checked everything out, fixed a breaker and charged me a minimal fee which was very reasonable. They were nice and reassuring and not ""talking down"" to this senior citizen. I appreciated it and I appreciate them! They will be my go-to business for any electrical issues. Thanks for the great service.

Called a day earlier and Marvin came over the first thing the next morning. He was fast and very affordable and got the work done. It was an electrical issue where we had a chain of outlets with one that was burnt out and caused all to fail. Thanks Marvin for great and quick service !

Easy to contact and set up an appointment (June). Woo's Appliance (Mike) showed up on time as scheduled, he listened to my needs and fixed them in a jiffy. He also diagnosed the issue on my refrigerator and referred me to Sears as Woo's does not work on LGs. Because of their honest knowledge and ability to fix a problem and very reasonable fees, I will recommend their services to anyone at any time for both electrical and/or appliances issues. Mahalo for a great service!!

I just love Woo's. I created my own Yelp account today specifically so that I could leave this review. My fridge started leaking last week and after reading a few reviews, I called Woo's. It was already mid-day and I was not hopeful that I would get a quick response. Marvin called back within a couple of hours and I was able to schedule for the next week since the leak was only a problem when using the water dispenser and everything was under control. I gave Marvin instructions about where I was located and where to park. Normally even when I give instructions upon scheduling, the specific repair people need additional info because our building is complicated, but Marvin had obviously relayed all the information to Mike since he showed up at the door EXACTLY on schedule. He was so nice and friendly. He tried his best but because of the age of my fridge he advised my that it would be more economical and reliable to replace the fridge than try to repair everything. Mike also went the extra mile, without my asking, to take measurements for me so that I would be able to find the right fridge for the enclosure in my kitchen. I can't say enough about how kind and professional these people were. So impressed and happy to know that I have someone to call for help with my appliances now.
