I had a new ev charger installed, sub panel replaced as well as some trouble shooting done . They were able to do everything within a relatively short amount of time.
Charlie communicates really well and really knows what he is doing. Hugely recommend to people who needs to install an ev charger.

I'm thoroughly impressed by their whole process. From the moment I spoke to Virginia, I could tell immediately that they knew what that were doing. I needed an electric vehicle charger in the garage and knew we would need some upgrades to make that happen. Will was able to give us a quote with a couple different options, and do a conference call with my husband and I to answer our questions. Once we accepted the quote, the entire process was seamless. They handled scheduling the work, getting the permits, working with the city inspectors and PG&E. I'm very happy with how the work turned out. The crew arrived on time, and got everything done in a day (new main electrical panel, updated sub panel, installation of the electric charge point home flex car charger). Miguel completed our stucco work and did a great job. Throughout the process, the communication was clear so I knew exactly what to expect. Highly recommend them if you need any electrical work done.

I recently had Will Glen electric doing my Tesla EV charger. Here is the summary about their work.

1. Installation scheduling, city permit scheduling. Virginia did a good job by providing the schedule promptly and courteously.
2. Quality of work: I have attached 3 pictures of their work.
Point a) The first picture is the box which connects to the conduit from the outside wall into the garage.
Point b) The second picture is the conduit pipe on the other side of the top garage that scratches the wall.
Point c) The third picture is the picture on the left side of the EV charger. The installer did not check the stub correctly and punched 2 holes in the left of the EV charger.

Point a) was done correctly and nicely, but I was disappointed about point b) and c). Especially point c since it is the most critical part of the whole installation and such a visible main target where the EV charger is located. Why can't the installer be more careful before he started drilling the hole?
Installer did not take care of point b) at all. Installer did patch point c) up but it is still very visible compared to the existing paint that I have so now I have to call a professional painter to fix both point b) and c). I hope they can improve their installation quality in the future to reduce the cleanup painting work that customers need to take care of themselves afterwards.

Overall I will give them 3 stars based on the above observation.

WGE is the first on the Tesla's list for home charging solutions. At first I thought they would be the most expensive and most difficult to work with since they were Tesla's first recommendation but I couldn't have been more wrong in my assumption. I got quotes from a few local companies and WGE were top tier from start to finish and had the best price. I will recommend them to anyone who will listen. They are fast, prompt, organized, and worked with my landlord. I couldn't be happier.

Thank you Matt for the lead on contacting PG&E. Following his hint, I contacted PG&E and they came out and fixed the connectors on my roof and the problem seems to have been solved. Appreciate your message. +1 for that. You solved my problem without even coming to my home and without needing to spend on the solution.
