Needed a NEMA 14-50 outlet in my garage for an electric car. Got several quotes, all recommended, and roughly around the same price range. What made be decided to go with Willow Glen Electric was I felt they truly understand my installation. Having a FaceTime conversation with Matt was key to help him understand the layout of the house such as circuit breaker, installation location, and attic space. In the end, they were the only electricians that felt there was a possibility to route the electrical wires entirely internally.

On the day of installation, the electricians ran into unexpected barriers trying to route the wires in the attic. Originally, I was concerned they would give up and just install the wires externally, which would definitely be easier but they persisted and explored all options. After several hours, they were successful and installed the NEMA 14-50 outlet without the need for an external conduit or damaging walls. My NEMA 14-50 outlet looks as nice as all the other electrical outlets in my house.

These guys are amazing and definitely highly recommended.

Matt and his team answered all the questions patiently, took the inputs and provided the estimate. His team installed the charger - very clean. Did all the paper work for the inspection and followed it thoroughly. They also answered my questions on Solar and other electrical aspects at home.

I had these fine folks out to install a Tesla Wall Charger. They were in and out in a single day and even handled the City of San Jose Permit and Inspection process. Matt was awesome as was their entire staff.

What a great experience! Willow Glen Electric is recommended by Tesla for the NEMA 14-50 outlet installation. Our Tesla was delivered WAY sooner than we thought it would be, but Matt got it done in less than two weeks, using the photos I sent via email, AND even when I changed the plan on the electricians as soon as they arrived - they were going to do an interior conduit through my attic space, but I realized that it would have to be redone when we remodel the house. So they made a call, went back for a different set of materials, and mounted the conduit on the exterior of the house in the same time frame they had set aside for the original plan. Just passed inspection today.

These people are GREAT communicators and everyone I had contact with was incredibly respectful and professional. Thank you all!

Willow Glen installed a car charger for me. I originally hired someone else to install a charger, which they did. And then they went radio silent when it came time for the permit. So I hired Willow Glen to do a second install after I saw them on Tesla's website. Matt was my primary contact. Really happy with the result and it passed inspection! It was easy to work with them. Also, I like their website so you can submit pictures of your panel and where you want the charger. That simplified the quote process and they just came over to do the work and then stand the inspection. I highly recommend them.

I concur completely with the positive review from David K.--I had a terrific experience working with Matt and his team at Willow Glen (also for the installation of a 14-50 outlet for an EV). Matt was timely and clear in his up front information gathering efforts and letting me know exactly how the process would play out. I was able to get him all the info he needed without a house visit, and that just seemed to save time and effort. The installation went exactly according to plan and, while his two guys came a bit later than suggested, they needed nothing from me but access to the garage and did their job quickly and capably. Matt arranged for all of the permitting and inspection processes, so that basically all transpired with no effort needed on my part. I would gladly work with Willow Glen again and strongly recommend them as a professional, trustworthy electric services provider.
