I wanted someone to replace two old Honeywell thermostats with two new Amazon smart thermostats. Jose came out the next day after I submitted a request. Very cool guy - reliable and definitely knows his stuff. Did a great job. The entire visit only took about 20 minutes, so I think the price was a little high for that short amount of time and for a simple straightforward job, but I never touch electricity, so I accept their ""minimum"" fee. All is good.

I have been trying to get this company to complete the original job they agreed to complete for over a month now. We had them demo our old light boxes, install new light fixtures, and replace old fans in three bathrooms. 99% of the work was completed in a reasonable two days. However, the technician that did demo/install did not activate humidity sensors, and this was not brought to my attention until they were ready to bill me, of course.

I refuse to pay until the job is 100% done, and I have called multiple times to get a technician to come back out without success. I'm hoping this poor review will motivate the company to finally complete the job so I can pay them appropriately and finally move on!

even though I said I was flexible, White Horse was able to schedule a service call the same day. Fernando arrived when he said he would and immediately got to work.

not only did he complete the work quickly, but in the process of checking the circuit identified another problem, which he took care of on the spot.

I would call White Horse again for any electrical problem.

Had an electrician come out and find a transformer was not working on my track lights. He told me they don't help in sourcing the item I finally received one after a short back order problem. I've texted and called to have them come back out and have not heard from them. Not a great experience.

Loved the job (6 new outlets, moving light switch to another wall and reconfiguring stair lights to outlets) done by Jose. Estimate was made virtually by Luis. Jose arrived early and viewed the areas where work was to be done and reviewed with me the work that was to be done ensuring we were on the same page. He explained that there would be 4-inch circular holes where he had to cut through the plaster board to run the wiring and that White Horse does not patch the holes. I elected to have him proceed with the work anyway. He was super neat & clean in the work he did and wore shoe booties to protect my carpet. At each job location, he laid down plastic and vacuumed up. Wonderful to have a professional do a professional job at the price quoted and without any hassles. Jose was very efficient and very knowledgeable. Will definitely use their services again when the need arises.

Company completed 1 job in my garage correct and up to code then when I tried to contact them about finishing the quote to install a hot tub no response at all. I've been trying to reach them since 25 July to finish install I tried text, email, direct company number and no response. This is completely unprofessional and do not recommend them for any reliable on time electrical jobs.

Very good service, Fernando answered all our questions, was fast and clean. The price was very reasonable for a new lamp installation and a ceiling fan that required new wiring and switches installed. He also relocated a ceiling fan and replaced a faulty switch, all in one morning. I would definitely recommend their service.

We had White Horse come out to do what we thought was going to be a straight installation of a motion sensor switch, 2 Nest Protect fire alarms, and the replacement of an outlet that had shorted out.

At first, it started out rocky, being scolded by the electrician, for trying to do things myself and that things weren't just an install but he needed to diagnose why things weren't working. Over the course of the call, I realized that he just cared about his work and our safety. He explained in detail why I couldn't use certain switches (I bought the wrong one) and that the 3-way switch was installed incorrectly when the house was built. When he got to the outlet that shorted he stopped in his tracks and told me that there is no way that he was changing it out because it could cause a fire. He explained that we would need to upgrade the circuit breakers and to which kind so that the house would be safe and protected.

He also ended up changing all of the switches on our 3-way that were old and wired incorrectly and now everything works better than before!

We will definitely be calling Luis and his guys for our electrical needs again.
