Had an amazing experience with Luis and Jose at White Horse Electric. After our panel started having low voltage, rending all heating elements in the house unusable (i.e. water heater, oven, dryer, etc.) along with several lights and outlet we initially called another reputable company to take a look. They diagnosed the problem as a panel issue requiring (at the upper end) $8,000 to replace or (at the lower end ) $1,600 to repair. We decided to call White Horse Electric to get a second opinion and they sent Jose out. Jose was professional, wore a mask, talked me through his trouble-shooting and, in the end, he figured out that the breaker for the panel coming into the house was the source of the problem. He made some thoughtful adjustments, flipped the switch, and voila...power fully restored. His 30+ years of training, worksmanship, and professional attitude saved us (quite literally) thousands of dollars. Best service I could have asked for. We'll be using, and recommending, White Horse Electric from here on out. They are honest, very reasonably priced, punctual, and bring a good attitude to the job.

My experience with White Horse was fantastic. I had three electrical outlets (two in the garage and one outside the house) that needed new installations. The electrician, Jose, was absolutely fantastic. Once he reviewed the project, he thoroughly explained what I needed and why. A few minutes later he came back with an estimate that was more than fair. Once I agreed to move forward with them for the project, he went to Home Depot for supplies and was finished with the entire project in probably two hours. These guys are 5 stars all the way.

These guys are the definition of professional! When I put my project out to bid, Luis came to my house to get an actual look at the job. His quote was very reasonable.

They showed up on time wearing masks. They were able to work around the fact that I have 3 kids running through the house the entire time. Their quality of work was excellent.

When we shopped for estimates on our large work order (over 30 recessed lights and 4 fan installs), Luis was one of the quickest to respond. He provided an initial estimate followed by a more detailed quote after meeting with us and reviewing work scope. During the review, Luis offered several good suggestions that we incorporated into the work order.

Luis provides work teams who are experts in their field, very sympathetic, thorough, efficient, organized, friendly and all at a great price!

The work team that Luis assigned to our job was led by Jose Segura and assisted by Mario. Jose's many years of experience really shone as he advised us on the optimal placement of the new lights for evenly distributed lighting. Before starting on each room we would discuss expected results, then Jose would mark hole locations and seek our approval before cutting. We appreciated his attention to detail and work ethic.

Jose and Mario always showed up early or on time. They wore masks, shoe covers, covered their work areas with plastic, and cleaned and vacuumed at the end of each work day. I felt they treated our home as if it was theirs.

We received several quotes for our job and White Horse Electric was most affordable. We read the excellent reviews White Horse received on Yelp and decided to go with them. We were happy to have selected them as they performed with care and expertise. We will definitely hire them again for future electrical needs. We absolutely love this company!

I went onto yelp and ask for an estimate to get 15 recessed lighting cans re-done for the use of screw in bulbs. This company not only sent me a message but asked why I was not considering LED lighting. When I answered the gentleman called me back and asked if I had time that same day frame to come out to my home and do an estimate. No other company offered that type of service. He came out looked around and did his estimate during me taking meetings and calls he was very patient and understood how busy things could be. They gave me an estimate that day and when I excepted that day we set an appointment for the following week they came out got the job done within a few hours and I love my new lighting. I will be contacting them for all my electrical work
