Mike was great and quick response. He gave us approximate time he'll be able to come by and he did the same day! Pleasant and fixed the problem we're having. Our office building is old as well as our electrical panel so Mike helped us out with that also. He does commercial and residential too so we'll definitely call West Coast Electric again if the need arise and highly recommend it.

Great customer service and overall excellent experience. Mike came out to give me a quote on an upgrade to my electrical panel and he answered all of my questions. After speaking with him a few times I decided to have the whole panel upgraded and moved to another location. I never felt like he was trying to talk me into work I didnt need. He did exceptional work for a fair price, upgraded and moved the panel and all the wiring, installed exterior outlets and a light. All of his work passed the city inspection with flying colors. I would highly recommend his services if you are looking for a reliable electrician who will do quality work. I will definitely call him for any future electrical work I need.

We consulted with several electricians on our backyard, lighting idea. Basically, we wanted to hang some dimmable string lights from our patio awning to a tree about 50 feet away. From the first visit, Mike's ideas stood out from the rest of the electricians. He had an innovative way of hanging our lights and making our vision come to fruition. He answered all of our questions promptly and without making us feel like we were a burden. We needed some patch work done with the added light switch and we were worried because of a party we were hosting soon after. When it came to installation day, he coordinated with his patch work guy to show up right when he was done with his part, allowing us to have a presentable home for our guests. When it came down to paying he was a man of his word. No funny stuff which is refreshing. It can be difficult to find a guy you can honestly trust in this business, but Mike won us over as our go-to electrician. He treated us like family and was a true professional. I called Mike for a estimate on exterior lighting and ceiling fan for my patio cover, he answered immediately and came out the same day. Mikes price was unbeatable and he was very professionally . I called Mike after I blew some of my breakers from overloading them. He answered and let me know what time he was going to come out. He didn't set an appointment time, so when it got passed 6pm, I figured he was just going to blow me off. I gave him a call, and he assured me that he was going to be over around 6:30pm. That's 30 minutes past his normal work schedule, what a nice guy!

He showed up ready to work and fixed my problem quickly. He let me know what he was going to do and how much everything was going to cost. Everything went smoothly and his positive attitude was the icing on the cake! If I ever run into any more electrical problems I know who to call.

Jason from West Coast Electric came out to install a bathroom exhaust fan, as well as take a look at my circuit breaker panel. Both he and Michael (who I dealt with on he phone) were very friendly and professional. Jason arrived on time and got the fan in fast, and it looks great. I wouldn't hesitate to use West Coast again for any electrical work I need.

Had a great experience called Mike on Thursday said he would show up on Friday between 8-9 am. He showed up and was extremely courteous and professional so I had him do the job. And was not disappointed one bit. I would highly recommend Mike or even hire him again to do another job on my house.

We love Mike! He is honest and trustworthy first of all and his work is top notch. We inherited a home in Glendora that need to be completely redone: Mike and his team rewired our entire house, upgraded our electrical panel, set up all new outlets, and gave us LED lighting in the entire house, installed all of our ceiling fans, and even gave us under cabinet kitchen lights. Our house looks amazing!! He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. He worked w/ Edison and the City to pull permits and get all of the right inspections passed. I couldn't think of anyone else as hard working and trustworthy.

Was given an appointment time over the phone between 9 and 10 a.m. electrician never showed up at the appointed time period. They were contacted twice and left a message to no response. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and reliability.
