Was given an appointment time over the phone between 9 and 10 a.m. electrician never showed up at the appointed time period. They were contacted twice and left a message to no response. Disappointed in the lack of customer service and reliability.

Mike did some exception work this past holiday weekend. Was able to make it out with less than 24 hour notice to give an estimate for adding outdoor patio electrical outlets and light switch. Once the price was agreed upon, he went right to work and finished faster than originally projected. The new outdoor outlets and light switch work well and look great! He even stayed extra to install new patio lights we had just purchased. In addition, Mike also picked up an extra outdoor outlet cover to protect a previous exciting outlet from the elements. He always arrived on time and spent as much attention and time as necessary on every project. I tried my garbage disposal one evening and it did not work. I next tried my dishwasher, it began sparking and smoking. I called Mike, he came to the house and diagnosed the problem. There was defective wiring in the attic. He corrected the problem and my new dishwasher is working fine.

I initially called West Coast Electric to come and look at a shorted out electric socket in my bathroom. Mike, the owner-operator came out almost immediately since it was a little bit of time before his first appointment of the day. Am I ever glad he did! Mike fixed the problem, and he was so nice and knowledgeable about this small job that I knew I would want him to come and do a larger one. Mike is very honest, pleasant, professional and talks to you in people-terms. It was the most pleasant experience I have ever had having work done around the house. He is very punctual, communicates very well about the progress of the job and does neat, clean work that clearly he takes pride in. As he was working, I would hear him talking with the other guys he brought along for the job about what the code was so that way the job was done right. My electrical panels came out great, passed inspection from the city with flying colors, and I feel confident the work he did is quality work. I will most definitely call West Coast Electric again in the future when I have more work done.

Mike was able to accommodate a power outlet for a new machine in my shop. Great service, reasonable pricing, and quality work. Highly recommended.
